Reflexologist & Sound Therapist
Welcome to the website of Jackie Cox, Reflexologist and Sound Therapist, based in Midhurst, near Chichester, West Sussex.
Reflexology & Sound Therapy
Based on the theory that our feet are the window to the body, reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy that has been around for over 5000 years. Did you know that there are 7000 nerve endings in your feet? By stimulating these nerve endings I can assist the natural healing mechanisms of your body. If you are looking for some relaxation or feel the need to de-stress from your busy life then reflexology or sound therapy (or a combination of both) could be the treatment for you. As a Reflexologist and sound therapist I can help:
•Increase sense of well-being
•Common pregnancy conditions
Reflexology is suitable for all ages from newborn babies to the elderly. Reflexology is also one of the most relaxing therapies you can choose to have during pregnancy - helping with stress related problems as well common pregnancy symptoms such as constipation, lower back ache and heartburn. It is considered perfectly safe and improves your general well being.
Sound therapy and reflexology are both equally relaxing either on their own or together. You can have reflexology on the feet or the hands so contact me now to book an appointment and experience these non-evasive treatments that have been around for thousands of years. There are many stresses in everyday life today, so taking time to calm your body is a must. The relief of stress is just one of the advantages of receiving reflexology and/or sound therapy.
I practice at Cowdray Therapy Rooms, Midhurst, West Sussex which are approx 13 miles from Chichester, 8 miles from Haslemere and 9 miles from Petersfield. I also provide mobile visits within a 15 mile radius of Midhurst for both Reflexology and/or Sound Therapy.
Self Help Leaflets
Over the years I have been in practise I have seen many clients with stress related illnesses. As a result of this I thought it would be beneficial to offer people the chance to download and read some self-help leaflets on stress, anxiety and difficulty with sleeping. If you would like to access these leaflets please 'click here'
