Reflexology is a complementary therapy which is suitable for all ages. As a therapist I treat the body as a whole to try and help my client's body restore or maintain its natural balance.
Reflexologists apply pressure to the reflex points on the feet or hands, which they believe correspond to other parts of the body. It is a non-intrusive therapy which has been around for approximately 5,000 years.
Holistic Approach to Treatment
I am a fully qualified and insured reflexologist. Based in Midhurst I work within a 15 mile radius covering West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey. I offer reflexology on either your hands or feet in the comfort of your own home so that you can fully benefit from this relaxing and gentle therapy. I also hold a practice at Cowdray Therapy Rooms in Easebourne. I am also a therapist for West Sussex Carers Support and can also offer treatments in care homes, day centres or at your workplace.
Reflexology can help:
•Increase sense of well-being
Reflexology is also beneficial for clients simply wishing to relax and de-stress from their busy lives. Keeping stress levels down is a good way to keeping the body healthy. A little 'me' time is always a good thing!
Reflexology & Sound Therapy
I am now excited to be able to offer reflexology with sound therapy using tuning forks. For those of you that enjoy the relaxing benefits of reflexology you can now add sound to that experience through stemming on reflex points. This is where the stem of a tuning fork is placed on a specific reflex point that may feel unbalanced. The session will end with sounding all my tuning forks to help restore balance and a sense of general well-being.
Reflexology treatments - Approx 1 hour.
Reflexology with sound therapy - Approx 1½ hours.
The first session will be approximately 1 hour 20 mins as a full consultation will take place prior to treatment in order to get an overview of your medical history and lifestyle.
For those of you that prefer not to have treatments at home, I am able to offer treatments at Cowdray Therapy Rooms (next door to Cowdray Hall), Midhurst. Flexible days and times are available between 9.00 and 5.00pm Monday - Friday, alternate Saturday mornings and some evenings. Free parking on site. For clinic location 'CLICK HERE'
Cost of treatment
Reflexology - £35 per session.
Reflexology with sound therapy - £45 per session.
There is no additional charge for initial session.
Many Private Healthcare Insurers such as Bupa, Paycare, Medicash & Sovereign will cover the cost of reflexology treatments. Please contact your insurer to check if your plan can cover some or all of the costs.

Book an Appointment
To book an appointment please contact me on 07780 327968. If you do happen to get through to my answerphone, it is because I am busy treating clients so please leave a message. Messages are listened to regularly and I will return your call as soon as possible. Alternatively you can contact me via email by clicking on the email button at the top of the page.
I also offer hand reflexology. This is great for those of you that don't like the idea of someone touching your feet or have conditions such as athelete's foot, that make it unsuitable for me to work on your feet. The hands do not take as long to treat as the feet but are just as beneficial. If you have any further questions then please get in touch with me either by telephone or email.
